Repros’ Service Organization is a world class group of certified technicians fully trained to repair, install, troubleshoot and train on oversize printing, scanning and copying eqipment. With the skills and tenure of the group, our goals are to meet customer requirements when it comes to uptime of equipment, response time to the customer location and quality of service provided.
Our team of five technicians and one system analyst are fully trained on all products that Repros sells and supports. Those products include Xerox, HP, Printfold and Blueprint equipment.
Full Support Repros also has an onstaff analyst for pre-sale and post-sale support. He has been in the industry for nearly 10 years and is intimately involved with all sales of equipment that resides on the customer network. He has extensive experience in the server and network environment and has been trained on all products that Repros supports. To aid our analyst, our service technicians are field trained in implementing and network solution.
We also provide analyst services to customers that have a systems need over and above what we support.
